Shipping / Handling Process

We process and ship orders from our California location during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Return / Refund Policy

WeavingMissy is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price. If you are not satisfied with your order, the following for requirements must be followed for returning merchandise:

· All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.

· All products should be returned to the address you will receive upon request.

· Any products returned must be in its original packaging.

· Refunds for returns received within 30 days from the purchase date will be given in the same form as the original payment type.

· Your original shipping costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise.

· WeavingMissy is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send. For tracking purposes, if you are returning your order via USPS, you must purchase and include Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, and/or Return Receipt Requested for each package returned. If any package you send is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not replace or refund your order.

· Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility.
